By accessing or using ClinicsFlows ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by clinicsflows.com.
2. Description of Service
ClinicsFlows provides a library of patient education handout materials. Users may browse, download, print, and (with a free account) customize handouts for use in a clinical setting. The Service also provides AI-assisted handout generation for registered users.
3. Free Account
Creating an account is free and grants access to additional features including saving customized handouts, adding clinic branding, and generating handouts with AI. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, which will always be clearly communicated in advance.
4. Permitted Use
You may use handouts from ClinicsFlows in your clinical practice to educate patients. You may not resell, sublicense, or republish handout content as your own original work. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Content on ClinicsFlows is intended for patient education purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Handouts are not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. Healthcare providers using this content are responsible for ensuring its clinical appropriateness for individual patients.
6. Intellectual Property
The ClinicsFlows platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by clinicsflows.com. Individual handout content you create and save to your account remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and display your saved content for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your saved handouts will be deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, clinicsflows.com and ClinicsFlows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or reliance on any content provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
