What is ClinicsFlows?
ClinicsFlows is a free library of patient education handouts. Healthcare providers can browse hundreds of ready-to-use materials, customize them, and download as PDF or print instantly.
Is it really free?
Yes. Browsing, viewing, downloading, and printing all public handouts is completely free — no account needed. Creating an account (also free) lets you save customized versions and add your clinic's branding to PDFs.
Who writes the handouts?
Handouts are created with the help of AI and structured according to clinical communication best practices. They are designed to be clear, accurate, and appropriate for patients of all reading levels.
Using Handouts
Can I download a handout as PDF?
Yes. On any handout page, click 'Download PDF'. No account is required for downloading public handouts.
Can I print directly from the browser?
Yes. Use the 'Print' button on any handout page to open your browser's print dialog with the layout optimized for printing.
Can I use these handouts in my clinic?
Yes. All public handouts are free to use in a clinical setting. You may not resell them or republish them as your own work.
What languages are available?
Currently, all handouts are available in English. We plan to add more languages in the future.
Account & Customization
What do I get with a free account?
With a free account you can add your clinic name and logo to PDFs, edit any public handout and save up to 10 customized versions, and generate new handouts using AI (up to 5 per month).
How do I add my clinic logo to a handout?
After creating a free account, go to your account settings and upload your clinic logo. It will automatically appear on all PDFs you download.
Can I edit a public handout and keep my version private?
Yes. When you customize a public handout and save it, it is stored privately in your account. Only you can see it.
Privacy & Safety
Do I need to provide patient data?
No. ClinicsFlows does not collect, store, or process any patient data. The platform is for clinic staff to prepare materials — no patient information ever enters the system.
Are these handouts a substitute for medical advice?
No. Our handouts are patient education materials intended to supplement — not replace — professional medical advice. Each handout includes a disclaimer.
